1. Mould test steps and actions
A. Before the mold test, check whether the mold is assembled and the raw materials are dried.
B. Before changing the mold, spray anti-rust agent in the mold during production, replace the mold and return the mold and fill in the record form.
C. The mold should be aligned to the center point of the mold, and then the mold work, the mold must be locked and check whether the high pressure lock is effective, the locking force depends on the size of the mold, the high pressure required for large molds is 80~90 PMa; The high pressure required for small molds is 40~65 PMa; Adjust the switching mode to the normal speed after the high voltage adjustment of the mode lock, and perform the low voltage time. For distance, pressure and speed adjustment work, low pressure work is very important in normal production, and the mold damage is caused by incomplete low pressure work.
D. Remove the material pipe work, should remove other color raw materials and impurities in the material pipe, reduce the injection pressure. Retention pressure. Exit time. Pressure holding time. Depressurize to 50PMa; Then increase according to product condition. Adjust to the required pressure and compare the low pressure forming condition sample and the medium pressure forming condition sample with the high pressure forming condition sample to analyze the flow path mode.
E. Before the mold test, use manual mode to test the mold to confirm whether the release action is smooth and the return condition. And the release agent is sprayed to the mother mold first during the test mold injection action, and then the position of the release mode is adjusted after forming.
F. The quantity of each test mold is based on the tube notice, and the mold department must be informed to confirm the test mold action together before each test; Review the product to the customer after trial. After completion of the review, fill in the forming condition record and mold status table.
G. When the mold test is completed, the mold first spray anti-rust agent, and then go to the mold department for modification.
H. Each test mold must be in accordance with the above items before the test mold, accurate test time and superior personnel test mold, do not test mold without permission.
2. Key points for attention in mold testing
When we receive a new mold to make a sample, we are always eager to try out a result early and pray for a smooth process to avoid wasting time and causing trouble. But here we must warn of two things:
A. Check the mold as soon as the machine is opened to confirm whether all the mechanisms of the mold are smooth. If the problem is stopped immediately to avoid unnecessary serious action, the reciprocating action is carried out several times without problems and the next action is carried out.
B. Before the injection action, confirm the locking force of the mold, and the first mold can only be shot to 80% of the full mold. When there is no problem, test under normal conditions to confirm that the sample meets the customer's standard, and then conduct the next high-low pressure test. The high pressure is 20PMa under normal conditions and the low pressure is 10PMa under normal conditions. To carry out the mold analysis, please remember that all the actions must be carried out at low pressure and low band.
